Keep On Calling

Spend most of my working hour calling about 50 students to remind them & make sure dat they submitted a few forms to us so dat we can confirm d product dat they had ordered, process d delivery & post it to them as soon as possible. What a hassle thing to do & need a lot of patient dealing with these students..some are nice..there's also rude-no-manners ones..*sigh*..but i've got to accept it & move on..juz like every company's motto..'customers ALWIZ right'. Fr all dat i've called, i can only get 2 or 3 person..huhu..d rest were either didn't pick up their phone or they straight put me thru their voicemail. Oh my..why can't they face their own problems like a man (or woman..=p). If they want to cancel their order, juz inform us..dun kept us waiting & shut off ur phone like nothing happen. Probably some of them had problem with their phone or maybe they're not reachable but it's totally not logical if more than 90% are like dat! Sabar..sabar..sabar tu separuh drpd iman.
