Start what? Losing weight of course!! So hard for me to make d 1st step when d dieting ends months ago.
Before my engagement, i started dieting & lost 6 kg in 3 months! Thought of stopping juz for a while..at least after raye but now it's near to Nov already & i dun even try! Oh man..what should i do..my big day is juz next yr & i dun want to look fat during one of d happiest moment of my life. Do i have enuff time to achieved my dream weight dat i alwiz wanted??
There's a few types of diet dat i may follow such as..
=> Weight Watchers : About developing a healthy lifestyle, includes mental, emotional, & physical health. The dietary programme is a lot about group support & are expected to attend regular meetings for weigh-ins and motivation.
=> Mediterranean Diet : High in fruit, vegetables, nuts, seeds and grains as well as olive oil..a product rich in monounsaturated fats and fish is often eaten instead of red meat..meaning dat the diet is a rich source of essential fatty acids and antioxidant to help improve cholesterol levels and protect the heart.
=> Vegetarian Diet Plan : Consume more fruit, vegetables and vitamin-rich foods as well as boosting fibre intake. Diet will include protein from plant-based foods and increasing of consumption of soy, legumes and beans.
=> Dairy Free Diet : Can build strong bones and teeth while avoiding dairy products and includes those very necessary nutrients calcium, vitamin D as well as other essential nutrients normally supplied by dairy products which includes protein-rich soy products to achieve a healthy and balanced diet.
=> Atkins Diet : Had perception dat people gain weight are caused by d way body processes the carbohydrates eaten but not how much fat consumed. By lowering carbohydrate input, and eating high protein food, body should enter a state of Ketosis whereby this is where body burns fat as fuel.
Or maybe i should juz stick to NJ's Diet Plan : Stop eating after 7pm & strictly NO rice!
